Hotel and accommodation bookings are the foundation of my business. I specialize in sourcing and securing exceptional hotels, resorts, villas, and private homes, working closely with trusted luxury hotel partners worldwide

Some clients come to me knowing exactly where they want to stay. Others want guidance narrowing options or deciding where to go. Both approaches are fully supported

What’s included:

• Guidance on where to stay and how long to stay
• Hotel, resort, villa, and private home recommendations
• Booking and confirmation of accommodations
• Access to preferred partner benefits at select properties, which may include:
  • Daily breakfast
  • Priority for room upgrades (when available)
  • Property or resort credits
  • Early check-in and late check-out (when available)
  • Welcome amenities
     

Accommodation bookings are complimentary

For clients booking accommodations who want limited support beyond the stay itself, optional à la carte assistance is available
 

This is ideal if you are comfortable planning most of the trip on your own but would like help securing a few additional elements

Optional support includes:

• Flights: $100 per person (+ $50 per additional leg)
• Ground transportation: $50 per person (+ $20 per additional leg)
• Individual experience or reservation: $75 per booking

This support does not include a full day-by-day itinerary

Full itinerary planning is designed for clients who want every aspect of the trip thoughtfully planned, booked, and coordinated beyond accommodations. This level of support allows you to enjoy the trip without managing logistics, timing, or reservations yourself

What’s included:

• A custom day-by-day itinerary for the entire trip
• Booking and securing experiences and activities
• Ground transportation coordination, including trains and cars
• Dining recommendations and restaurant reservations
• Overall trip flow, pacing, and logistics

How it’s delivered:

• A visual weekly calendar outlining each day at a glance
• A detailed itinerary document with day-by-day plans, confirmations, and key details

Everything is organized clearly so you know what’s happening and when, without having to manage the logistics yourself

Many clients work with me exclusively to book accommodations. Others prefer full itinerary planning so every detail is handled in advance

• Accommodation-only support is ideal if you enjoy planning your days but want expert hotel guidance, preferred partner benefits, and a trusted point of contact
   
• Optional à la carte support is best if you only need help with a few specific bookings or arrangements

• Full itinerary planning is ideal if you want a thoughtfully designed plan and prefer not to manage logistics, timing, or reservations yourself
   

Each level of support is intentionally designed to match how involved you want to be in the planning process

Planning fees reflect the time, coordination, and level of detail involved in designing and managing a trip once bookings begin

Full itinerary planning starts at $100 per day of travel, per itinerary, depending on the scope of the trip

If a trip includes multiple itineraries, each itinerary is treated separately

Airfare is not included in itinerary planning fees

Once bookings are confirmed, changes may require additional planning time and may incur a change or additional planning fee
