JetSet with Kelly is an independent luxury travel advisory operating under Fora Travel. By working with JetSet with Kelly, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
JetSet with Kelly acts solely as a travel advisor and does not own, operate, or control any hotels, airlines, transportation providers, tour operators, or other third-party suppliers. All travel services are provided by independent third parties.
JetSet with Kelly is not responsible for the acts, omissions, errors, delays, cancellations, or changes made by third-party suppliers. This includes, but is not limited to, changes in pricing, availability, amenities, schedules, or services.
Accommodation bookings are complimentary. Planning fees apply only when additional itinerary design, coordination, or planning services are requested. Planning fees reflect time and scope and are non-refundable once planning work has begun.
Changes requested after bookings are confirmed may result in additional planning fees. All cancellations, refunds, and penalties are governed by the terms of the individual supplier.
Payments for travel services are processed through secure, third-party systems provided by Fora Travel and its partners. JetSet with Kelly does not store credit card information.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JetSet with Kelly shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from travel arrangements, supplier performance, or travel disruptions.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
